Package Your Gear
Securely pack the unused products in their original Shimano packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
